The quote tool

Six items: your gender, date of birth, your self-rated wellness level, whether you use tobacco, the death benefit you want, and the term duration. These are transmitted to the carriers' quoting API to retrieve rates and are not saved on this website. No name, phone, email or address goes to the quote tool. Identical requests in quick succession may be served from a temporary cache, preventing duplicate calls.

Applying

When you choose to apply, your entered information prefills the secured application environment operated by the carriers, which has its own privacy agreement. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects: your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, a category, and your message. The form sends it directly to the agency's email, using your email as the reply address. This website does not archive messages, does not maintain a database, and does not log content. A short-lived anti-fraud check in your browser fires before submission.

Measurement

This website measures traffic using first-party, cookie-free analytics from this domain. No cookies, local storage, or unique identifiers are placed on your device. Two octets of your IP are masked before storage. Referrer query strings are stripped. Raw logs expire after 90 days. Visitors signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share, or trade personal data. No advertising trackers or third-party measurement services load on this website. The only outside script is the carriers' application platform—and that only loads if you navigate to the apply page.
